Only a month until the 2015 Arkansas Summit feat. Google for Education. Here are some of the exciting things you can look forward to during the 2-day summit. If you haven’t registered, secure your seat at http://arkansas.appsevents.com/.

Customize your summit experience according to your experience or job role!

Are you a Google Apps newbie? Start your day on the right foot with Rowland Baker’s “How to Walk in the Clouds” hands-on session. This session covers the power of Google Apps in schools with emphasis on Google Docs and Slides (presentations), highlighting the tools of collaboration, research and sharing in a fun and creative way. We also have other beginner sessions focused on specific tools if you feel that you need more time to explore Google Calendar, Forms, Sites, or the Chrome browser.

For those looking to try blogging or in growing your PLN through social media, Rachel Small’s sessions got you covered. Ready to level up? Make sure to check out Allison Mollica’s very popular “Treasure Trove’s Greatest Hits”.

We also have “Leadership” strands geared toward school administrators and anyone involved in Leadership at a school or district Level.
