Removing a Partner’s Admin Console Access

Certain Google products can only be transacted via an official Google Partner (such as AppsEvents). These products include Workspace Education Plus and Google Voice.

For a Google Partner to be able to transact on the school’s behalf, the school’s Google account must be transferred into the reseller’s licensing console. The school’s account does not change ownership, and this process is easily reversible – you can remove a Google Partner at any time.

Once the transfer has been made, Partners have restricted admin access to help with licensing. Removing a Partner’s access is a very simple process:

  1. In your Google Admin console (at admin.google.com)…
  2. Check or uncheck the Reseller Access box. If you uncheck the box, your reseller can’t access your Admin console or submit support cases for you.
  3. Click Save changes.
