An initial fact finding meeting will take place between AppsEvents and the relevant school stakeholders (IT Head, Learning Head, Principal). We will use this meeting to begin planning and designing the best deployment of Google for Education. The deployment will be customized based upon the responses to a simple survey.
If not already applied for, we will assist and support you with gaining your Google for Education domain.
AppsEvents will configure your domain according to your requirements and education best practices. We will create users and the OU structure based upon your requirements. Should you need syncing to an external database this can be done for an extra cost.
Following deployment we will issue the school with a report of settings, users and status of the domain. We will walk you through all settings with your admin team to get them started managing your domain. For a small monthly fee we can continue to manage and monitor your domain, including maintaining privacy and alert settings.
In addition we can also provide an additional service of a ‘quick start’ series of webinars to get your users using Hangouts Meet and Classroom for virtual learning.
The entire process can be completed in less than 48 hours following payment and once the survey and initial meeting is completed.
